If you haven't already seen Beyond the Myth and have Netflix, sit down with a bowl of popcorn and some tissues and check it out! Find it in the recently added live streaming section today! While you are at it, invite some family and friends over who might be a little leery of pit bulls because of media misrepresentation/hysteria.

We are super excited to be teaming up with the two brains behind Guilty 'Til Proven Innocent, Jeff Theman & Bryan Porter, to offer a screening of this wonderful documentary chronicling the Breed Specific Legislation battle in our neighboring state of Ohio!

Where: Village 8 Theaters and Decca

What is Breed Specific Legislation? Check out this great link explaining what it is and why, despite costing tax payers significant amounts of money to enact and enforce, BSL has been ineffective in decreasing the number of dog bites.

"Dogs cannot be characterized apart from people. At the heart of any public safety issue involving dogs is the need for responsible pet ownership. Effective laws hold dog owners responsible for the humane care, custody, and control of all dogs regardless of breed or type. Humane communities are safer communities. "

After the screening join us at Decca for music, drinks and silent auction items!
